Messy Christmas - 13 December 2015 at 4pm in St John's

Please join us on 13 December to celebrate the greatest Christmas gift of all - the birth of Jesus Christ. The activities will look at the Messiness and importance of the birth of the infant Jesus.  

They include the following: Messy Christmas Activities: 
  1. Gift of Time - Making gift cards promising gift of time etc
  2. Wise Person’s Hat (sic) - design a hat for one of the wise men going to meet Jesus
  3. Angel Mobile - making an angel mobile for the baby Jesus
  4. Jesus Nappies - with a baby sized doll - putting a nappy on baby Jesus (reminder of the messiness of the incarnation)
  5. Graffiti Wall - Christmas greetings for each other and passers by
  6. Edible Crib Scene - bun cases, shredded wheat, jelly babies etc
  7. Print Wrapping Paper - print your own wrapping paper
  8. Christmas Baubles - create your own tree decoration
  9. Noticeboard Collage - create your own nativity collage with a message or greeting
  10. Junk Stable - make your own stable using different shapes and boxes
  11. Minecraft Corner - see new Minecraft bible for inspiration 
  12. Lego/Duplo Corners - 


The food this time will be a bring and share: if your name begins with A-M then please bring something savoury: from N-Z then something sweet would be much appreciated. If you can't bring either, don't worry as there will be lots to share.
